February, 2010 Hey Bikers and Trikers, Well I think the winter has been here long enough, although I have to admit that we have been pretty lucky with our winter here on the west coast, it's time to get on with spring and warmer weather. I don't know about you guys but I thought the bikes shows were pretty awesome this year, the Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver shows averaged around 34,000 visitors per show, which is a lot of people looking for deals on motorcycles and motorcycle accessories. I've noticed an increasing amount of trike and trike kit manufacturer out there this year, that is good news for people looking to make a move from bike to trikes or for people just looking for a trike. It's great to have options! Bombardier came up with a touring version of the Spyder; the Spyder RT comes with trunk and saddle bags which makes it a lot nicer for long distance traveling. The trike conversion world also offers a lot more choices when it comes to trike conversion kits, Lehman used to be the most popular choice here in Canada, now people thinking about conversion have a choice of kits like Hannigan, Champion, or Tri Wing. Harley has decided to terminate their association with Lehman and start producing their own rear end for the Tri Glide, the Harley produced rear end will be installed on the 2011 models. As for us, the Rewaco RF1 GT is doing real well, and is still very popular attraction at all the shows we go to. We have reached our retail goal for 2009 and we are hoping to exceed our goal for 2010. We are hoping to have two more Rewaco Trike dealerships in the US in a very near future; one would be located in Central Florida and the other one in Las Vegas Nevada. We are also currently looking for new Canadian dealerships so we can expand our dealership network in the eastern provinces. 2010 looks to be very promising and it will be an exciting year for us at Rewaco Canada, with the economy showing signs of recovery, people seem to be looking a lot more at buying toys, and what better toy to have than a brand new Rewaco Trike. Rewaco has elevated the comfort, style and safety level by introducing three new RF1 models, the LT3, LT2 and the 'R' Edition are sure to turn heads going down the road. The staff at Trike Central is looking forward to participate to the 2010 local events, we always like to go out and display our trikes, biker accessories and apparel at bike shows and motorcycle events around the lower mainland.
